Your statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Because the audit is produced and delivered within 72 hours, we ask you at checkout to expressly consent to us starting immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully delivered. This is required by Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive; we record your consent and show it on your invoice.

If you have not ticked that box, we wait out your withdrawal period before starting. If you have ticked it and we have not yet delivered, you may still withdraw and we refund in full.

Regardless of the statutory position, our own 14-day money-back promise above applies to the one-off audit. It is more generous than the law requires, and we honour it.

Business customers

Purchases made in the course of a business are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal. Our 14-day money-back promise still applies to the one-off audit.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@anagent.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund part-months, and we do not charge cancellation fees.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days. VAT is refunded with the purchase price.
